Estero June Housing Market

The 3-month median price for Single Family Homes in Estero has risen only modestly over the last year to $385,000, and has been within the $350-400,000 range for most of the last decade.

The number of SF sales in Estero is quite small, although it has increased somewhat over the last year.

Like the SF market, the Condo market has been in a narrow band of $340-400,000 and has declined slightly to $352,000 over the last year:

It is too early to tell if the usual, slower seasonal pattern will re-emerge after the COVID-inspired frenzy of the last year. It is worth remembering that visitors from Europe were totally absent in the last year, while the number of Canadian visitors also dropped. Visits from both groups are expected to recover as and when restrictions on travel are eased.
